Beauty Tips: Blackheads Removal with Natural Ways

Blackheads occur when pores become clogged with excess sebum and dead skin cells. Blackheads not caused by dirt but when the sebum/ skin cells oxidizes as it comes in contact with oxygen in the air. Scrubbing your face obsessively is not good way to remove blackheads but it will lead to make it worse.

Some simple home made remedies to remove and prevent blackheads are discussed below:

Baking Soda

Mix 2 tsp of baking soda with mineral water to prepare the paste. Apply this paste on skin affected by blackheads. Let it be dry for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this remedy at least twice a week.

Honey & Oatmeal

Mix 1 tsp of honey and juice of tomatoes in sufficient oatmeal to prepare a paste. Use 3 or 4 tomatoes depending upon the size. Scrub this paste on skin for 10 minutes. Wash it off after that. Repeat this 2 to 3 times in week for clear skin.

Fresh Water

All other treatments with home made remedies can be used twice or thrice in a week but this can be and should be used at least 2 times in a day to feel fresh and to prevent the blackheads. By gentle rinsing with fresh water will flush away the dead skin and excess sebum. This will make pores clear. Suggestion is to do this early afternoon and evening at-least.

Lemon Juice

Lemon Juice is very good remedy to remove the blackheads. Simply apply it to affected skin area. Apply the lemon juice with the help of cotton ball and gently rub the cotton ball against the blackheads before going to bed. Gently rinse and apply moisturizer in the morning. Do this 3 times a week.
