- Healthy Diet for white-teeth
If you are a regular smoker or you drink red wine or black tea, don’t expect your teeth to be glittering white in a few weeks! You will surely develop a pale/yellowish teeth soon. And here the best advice we can offer:- If its dark before you put anything in your mouth, it will stain your teeth. So be sure to brush your teeth before going to bed. And also use good bleaching-agent recommended by dentist once a month. And yes, eating apple a day helps a lot.
2. Change your brush
It is advised to get your brush head of electronic brush or change you brush after 3-4 months. A research has shown that else you will be transferring bacteria into your mouth. According to Seattle based Dentist Dr. NS Chahal, the best way to brush is by placing your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle against your gums and gently moving it in a circular motion, rather than a back-and-forth motion. Grip the toothbrush like a pencil so you won’t scrub too hard
3. Clean your Tongue
Always clean your tongue with a cleaner/scraper early in the morning to freshen up your breath. One major reason for bad breath is the growth of bacteria over your tongue, which a daily tongue cleaner will help you get rif off. And avoid brushing your tongue with the brush, instead use a cleaner/scraper.
4. Eat ‘SOLID’ foods
Eat solid foods that are firm/crisp and they help in natural cleaning of your teeth. We have already mentioned apple above. Other recommended foods are carrots, popcorns,celery etc. If you don’t have the habit of brushing your teeth after eating, then these ‘detergent’ foods are recommended for you.
5. Gargle with apple vinegar
Vinegar is the best remedy for the bacteria present in our mouth. Early in the morning, just gargle with apple vinegar as this helps in removing stains, whitening teeth and killing the bacteria in your mouth.
